1.Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards, sale items, or discounted products
- Personal care items (such as cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
- Digital or downloadable products
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
3.Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@vesseraa.shop with your order details and a photo of the product issue.
4.Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@vesseraa.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your case and send a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
5.Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
